January 3, 2014 – The Internal Revenue Service approved the Nature Fund’s application for tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. The tax-exempt status is retroactive to August 3, 2012, the date of incorporation of the Nature Fund in the State of Colorado.
